Baseball Log Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

Baseball Log is a record management app that helps users record and manage baseball games, schedules, practice records, player cards, and team information.

Users may use local record features without connecting an account. If users choose to connect an account and subscribe to Baseball Log+, additional features such as cloud storage and multi-device sync may be available.

2. Eligibility and Account Connection

Users may use the App in countries or regions where the App is available, subject to applicable laws and store policies.

When using account connection features, users must use a supported Google account, Apple account, or other account that they are authorized to use.

If account information is inaccurate or if a third-party account is used without authorization, access to some features may be restricted.

3. Free Features and Baseball Log+

3.1 Free Features

Free users can use core features such as game records, schedules, and practice records with local storage on their device, without connecting an account.

3.2 Baseball Log+

Baseball Log+ is a subscription-based paid feature. Depending on the subscription status, the following features may be provided:

• Server storage for record data
• Automatic sync across multiple devices
• Record recovery when changing devices
• Additional paid features that may be introduced in the future

Baseball Log+ features may be temporarily limited depending on network conditions, account connection status, subscription status, store availability, or external service availability.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, Cancellation, and Refunds

Baseball Log+ subscription payments are processed through the store for the platform on which the App is installed, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store.

Subscriptions may renew automatically depending on the selected product terms. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through the relevant store subscription management screen.

Refunds are handled according to the policies and procedures of Google Play or the Apple App Store. Baseball Log does not directly collect or store detailed payment method information such as credit card numbers.

If a subscription expires or is canceled, account connection may remain active, but Baseball Log+ features may be limited.

5. User-Entered Data

Users are responsible for the accuracy and management of game records, schedules, practice records, team information, player card information, and other data entered into the App.

Baseball Log does not guarantee that user-entered records will be recognized as official sports records, that game results are accurate, or that statistical interpretations are complete.

If users enter or delete inaccurate information, some statistics or screen displays may differ from actual results.

6. Local Storage, Cloud Sync, and Backup

Baseball Log stores data on the user's device by default. If users connect an account and use Baseball Log+, supported record data may be stored on the server and synced across multiple devices.

Cloud sync may be delayed or fail depending on network connection, account status, subscription status, server status, or other conditions.

When using the backup export feature, backup files may contain user records and settings data. Users are responsible for storing, sharing, retaining, and deleting backup files.

7. Notifications

Baseball Log may provide game schedule notifications and record-writing reminders based on schedules and notification settings configured by the user.

Notifications may be delayed or may not appear depending on device settings, operating system policies, battery optimization, notification permission status, and alarm/reminder permission status.

8. Account and Data Deletion

Users can delete account connection data or delete their account through the Account Management screen in the App.

When an account and data are deleted, account-related data and supported cloud data stored on the App's server may be deleted. However, payment history, subscription history, external service logs, or other records that must be retained under applicable laws or store/payment service policies may be retained according to the policies of those services.

Deleting the App alone may not immediately delete account connection data stored on the server. If needed, users should use the in-app account deletion feature or contact the support email to request deletion.

Deleting the Baseball Log account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Users must cancel any active subscription separately through the applicable store's subscription management page.

Local records stored on the device may remain after account deletion. Users must remove local records separately by resetting App data, clearing App data in device settings, or uninstalling the App.

Users who cannot access the App may submit a deletion request through the Account and Data Deletion page.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Use another person's account without authorization
• Interfere with the normal operation of the App
• Send abnormal requests to the App or server
• Attempt to bypass or manipulate subscription or payment status
• Violate applicable laws, store policies, or these Terms

10. Service Changes and Suspension

The operator may change or suspend all or part of the App's features for stability improvements, feature changes, security measures, external service policy changes, or operational needs.

If there are material changes to paid features, the operator will provide notice where reasonably possible through the App, store listing, or other appropriate means.

11. Limitation of Liability

Baseball Log is an app designed to assist users with record management. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator's liability is limited for losses related to the accuracy of user-entered records, backup file management, device loss, network issues, or external service failures.

However, liability arising from the operator's intentional misconduct or gross negligence will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

12. Privacy

Details about how Baseball Log handles personal information and data are described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

The operator may update these Terms when necessary. Updated Terms will be posted on this page, and important changes may be announced through the App, store listing, or other appropriate means.
