SS54 (“we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy when providing 야구록 - Baseball Log (“Baseball Log” or the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App may collect, how we use it, how it is stored and protected, and how users may request deletion.

Baseball Log is an app for baseball players and anyone who wants to manage baseball game records, schedules, and practice logs. Users may use local record features without connecting an account. Optional connection with a supported Google or Apple account and a Baseball Log+ subscription enable additional functionality such as cloud sync.

1. Information and Data We Collect

1.1 Account information

When you connect the App with a supported Google or Apple account, the App may process the following information to identify your account and provide sync-related features.

• Google or Apple account identifier
• Email address
• Name or profile display information
• Internal app user ID
• Account connection and authentication status

1.2 Records and content created by users

To provide the core features of the App, we may process data that users enter or create within the App, including:

• Game records
• Batting and pitching records
• Game schedules and practice schedules
• Practice logs
• Player card information
• Team information
• App settings
• Notification settings
• Data required for backup and restore features

1.3 Subscription and purchase status information

To provide Baseball Log+ subscription features and verify subscription status, the App may process subscription-related information. Payments are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, and RevenueCat supports subscription status verification and purchase restoration. Baseball Log does not directly collect or store payment method details such as credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Information

• Supporting record recovery when changing devices
• Providing notification features
• Providing file backup and restore features
• Improving app stability, troubleshooting errors, and maintaining security

• Complying with applicable laws and Apple App Store and Google Play policies

3. Local Storage and Cloud Storage

3.1 Local storage

When you use the App without connecting an account, your records are primarily stored on your device. If you delete the App or clear app data, local records may also be deleted.

3.2 Cloud storage

If you connect a supported account and use Baseball Log+ features, app data such as game records, schedules, practice logs, player information, and team information may be stored in cloud storage such as Firebase Firestore. Cloud storage is used to provide multi-device sync and record recovery when changing devices.

4. Third-Party Services and Data Processing

We do not sell users’ personal information. However, the following service providers may process data in order to provide app features, account authentication, cloud storage, subscription verification, payment processing, and app operation.

• Google Firebase Authentication: App user authentication based on a Google or Apple account
• Google Firebase Firestore: Cloud record storage and sync
• Google Play Billing: Android subscription payment processing
• Apple App Store: iOS subscription payment processing
• Sign in with Apple: Apple account authentication
• RevenueCat: Subscription status verification, purchase restoration, and entitlement management
• Expo/EAS-related services: App build, update, and technical functionality

These service providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and data processing standards. We may also disclose information when required to comply with applicable laws, respond to disputes, protect the service, prevent abuse, or respond to lawful requests from courts or authorities.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information and app data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

• Local records: retained on the device until the user deletes the App or app data.
• Account information: may be retained until the user disconnects the account or requests account data deletion.
• Cloud records: may be retained as necessary to provide Baseball Log+ features, sync, and recovery.
• Subscription information: may be retained as necessary for subscription verification, purchase restoration, billing, and dispute handling.
• Inquiry records: may be retained as necessary to respond to user inquiries and prevent disputes.

Even after a Baseball Log+ subscription expires, cloud data may be retained for a limited period to support record recovery and resubscription. Under our service operation policy, cloud data may be retained for up to one year after subscription expiration and may thereafter be deleted or de-identified.

If applicable laws require certain information to be retained for a specified period, such information may be retained for the period required by law.

6. Data Deletion

Users may delete personal information and app data through the following methods:

• Deleting local data through the App’s data reset feature
• Requesting deletion of server data through the App’s account data deletion feature
• Deleting the App to remove local app data from the device
• Requesting deletion by contacting us via email

When an account-connected user requests server data deletion, we will delete the relevant data within a reasonable period, except for information required for service operation, legal compliance, dispute handling, or other legitimate purposes.

7. Notification Permissions

Baseball Log may request notification permissions to provide game schedule, practice schedule, and record reminder notifications. Users may allow or disable notification permissions at any time through device settings.

On Android devices, notifications may be delayed depending on the operating system and device manufacturer policies. If notifications arrive late, users may check notification and alarm-related permissions in Android settings.

8. Health, Finance, and Location Information

Baseball Log does not provide medical, health diagnosis, treatment, physical activity tracking, heart rate tracking, calorie tracking, location tracking, or financial services. Practice logs and game records in Baseball Log are intended for users to manually record and manage baseball activity, and are not used for health or medical purposes.

9. Children’s Privacy

Baseball Log is not primarily directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14. If we become aware that personal information from a child under 14 has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to deal with such information.

10. Data Protection

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. Data transmitted to cloud services is processed through encrypted communication where reasonably available. However, no security measure can guarantee complete security in internet or mobile environments.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy due to changes in the service, laws, policies, or app features. If there are material changes, we may notify users through the App, store listing, or updates to the “Last updated” date on this page.
